Another snowshoeing season has gone by. As we’ve talked about before, a photograph can be a powerful thing. It’s amazing how sometimes you can look at a specific photo, and it completely transports you back to where you were at that exact moment. You may remember how you felt, what you were thinking, and how that experience affected you.
2020 and the snowshoeing season has been one for the books! We hope that the trails and your snowshoe adventures were a bright spot in this tough time, creating positive lasting memories. Especially after the last year, we could all use some positive feelings from our fun outdoor experiences.
So, please share your favorite outdoor photo that you’ve taken this winter in our Snowshoe Magazine winter photo competition!

To Enter The Photo Competition
Submit your photos by our competition link, hosted by PollUnit: https://pollunit.com/en/polls/ssm-photo-competition-2021. You can upload your photo by clicking ‘add photo.’
You will not need to register to upload your photo, but you will need to provide additional information, including:
1) your email for prize notification
2) the title of the photo
3) the photographer of the photo
4) accept the conditions for upload
5) accept the terms and conditions of the contest
You can upload as many photos as you would like until the competition closes on Thursday, April 15th, at 11:59 pm MT.
To share your photo with friends and family after you’ve uploaded it, click on the menu in the top right corner of your photo. Here, you can copy the photo link or share it on social media.
You can vote for your favorite photo by clicking the thumbs-up sign underneath the photo. Please note: you can only vote for one photo during the competition. If you change your mind on which photo you want to vote for though, you can change your vote by clicking the thumbs-up under the photo of your new choice.
There is no cost to enter our winter photo competition. You can read the competition terms and conditions upon submitting or voting for your photo or read them in advance here. (The cliff notes are all submitted photos must be your original work, or you must have permission to use the photo. You also retain the rights to submitted photos). Winner Determination & Prizes
As mentioned, the winter photo competition closes at 11:59 MT on April 15th, 2021. The three photos with the most votes will be our winners. If there’s a tie for most votes, Snowshoe Mag staff will choose a winner.
